CAN I REALLY GET MY VIRTUALLY STAGED ROOMS IN 24 HOURS?
Yes. We have a global team of virtual staging gurus working 24 hours, 7 days a week to deliver your photos on time. Please note: additional time for larger jobs of eight images or more.
COULD YOU REALLY DO THE REALISTIC STAGING WITH FURNITURE IN MY EMPTY HOUSE?
Absolutely. Send us an important sketch or plan with your notes by email and we will make a staging for you according to your refs.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING?
Easy! If you would like anything changed to your virtually staged image, within two weeks, we will rework for you at no cost. We do request that you submit reworks within two weeks of the original job. After this timeframe, any reworks will need to be submitted as a new job. Similarly, if you wish to change the image or angle being staged, this is classified as a new job and not a rework.
DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
From 10 pictures at a time we make a big discount you can see that in our price list.
HOW LONG DO YOU STORE MY PHOTOS FOR?
We keep your edited photos for at least 24 months. We may remove your original unedited photos after a much shorter period of time. We also encourage you to save your photos on your own computer.
CAN I GET EXACT FURNITURE PIECES?
Basically yes, if it is furniture from famous designers. If not, we will select the most similar from a market.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN VIRTUAL STAGING?
The staging can also include limiting the floor, walls or add partitions and different zones, the price is negotiated.
CAN I HAVE LIGHTS, CURTAINS & BLINDS ADDED TO MY VIRTUALLY STAGED IMAGE?
As a default, we do add these items so your place whould look more realistic.
